  1. No payment is being made. After filling in all the details, a message "Operation can not be completed" appears.

    In order to make a successful payment, the following conditions must be met:

    • Access to the account from which the payment is made should have the status "Active without restrictions". The type of access to the account can be specified in any department of your bank.

    • There should be  a sufficient ammount of money available on the account from which the payment is made (not balance, but an available amount of money).

      If all the conditions are met, but the payment is not made, please inform the customer support service of your bank about this situation.

  2. What is the fee for making payments through the system?

    If you use the service, there is no additional fee or any other additional charges.

  3. Why has the regular payment failed?

    Possible reasons:

    • Access to the account from which the payment is made should have the status "Active without restrictions". The type of access to the account can be specified in any department of your bank.

    • There should be  a sufficient ammount of money available on the account from which the payment is made (not balance, but an available amount of money).

    • If all the conditions are met, but the payment is not made, please inform the customer support service of your bank about this situation.
